Police have confirmed that two people have been killed in the San Bernardino Elementary school shooting. A female teacher and her adult boyfriend were both pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe this was a domestic dispute turned murder suicide. The boyfriend shot the female teacher and then turned the gun on himself. The two students that were shot were apparently hit by stray gunfire. They both remain in critical condition.
The identities and ages of the child victims are still unknown at this time. Authorities have determined the threat had been “neutralized.” Parents have been asked to pick up students at Cajon High School. The school is only about 10 miles from the Inland Regional Center where 14 people were killed and 22 wounded in a December 2015 terror attack.
